ABOUT

I am a junior full stack web developer and recent graduate of General Assembly 12 week Web Development Immersive (WDI) program. Before graduating WDI, I did sales and marketing for various industries including health care and real estate. More recently, I’ve been working in Mergers and Acquisitions for small business, where I would be tasked with business valuation, packaging and marketing and quarterbacking the deal from first phone call to closing the transaction.

PAC Tracker

Pac Tracker monitors live data through API's from nytimes, opensecrets, sunlight foundation in order to track who are the top receivers of campaign donation. It breaks the doations out by PACs, Super PACs and individual donors. It also lists each new PAC and SuperPAC as they are formed with the FEC. I also use D3.js and chart.js to run the data through graphs to help visualize the data for the user.

Show Me Music

Show Me Music helps bridge the gap between local bands and band venues and show casing their music. We geo target a users location and then bring up a list of upcomming live shows using an API from songkick. We then build a playlist using Rdio which includes songs from these artist so the user can listen to the songs before they purchase a ticket. There is also a log in and authentication for venue owners who would like to manually add upcoming show dates. This allows venue owners a chance to change the performace schedule on the fly.

Cloud Sitter

How offen when you are getting ready to leave town for a business trip or family event do you find yourself making last minute checklists for people who are going to be looking after your pets or possesions. Could sitter offers users a way to enter this information once, then email it to who ever they have selected to be responsible for their loved ones or possesions.
